By accessing or using Osmosis (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Osmosis is owned and operated by Osmosis App (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Osmosis is a personal accountability and task management application that provides:

  • Task creation and management
  • Smart notifications and reminders
  • AI-powered voice nudges
  • Location-based reminders (with your permission)
  • Progress tracking and analytics

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use Osmosis, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. EARLY ACCESS PROGRAM

During the early access period:

  • The App is provided free of charge
  • Features may change without notice
  • We may introduce paid subscriptions in the future
  • Early access users will be notified before any pricing changes take effect

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Osmosis App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as tasks and notes), but grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the service.

7. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osmosis App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
